Help for Pip, the family decision app. Most questions are answered below — if not, email and a human will reply.

How do I add my family's places and games?
Open the Library tab. Each category (restaurants, malls, cinemas, games, family visits, meals) has an "Add" button. For games, start typing a name and Pip suggests common titles, filling in the player count and age for you.
Why isn't Pip suggesting the beach?
Pip hides beach and outdoor options during the hot UAE summer months (roughly May to September), and in poor weather. They come back automatically when the season turns. You can still tap the category directly to see why it's paused.
Pip keeps suggesting the same places
Pip filters out anything you accepted in the last three days, then picks from what's left. If your library is small, add a few more places — the more Pip knows, the more variety it has.
How do I share tonight's decision?
On any decision, tap the share button in the top-right. Pip writes the message for you, so you can drop it straight into a family chat.
What does Pip do with my data?
Your family library and history stay on your device. Pip does not sell personal data. Full details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes the family library and decision history stored on your device. To have anything else removed, email us at the address above.
Requesting a feature or reporting a bug
Email us with what you expected and what happened, plus your iPhone model and iOS version if it's a bug. Feature requests genuinely shape what gets built next.
